A basic processing for a hog normally consists of Chops, Steaks, Spare Ribs, Roasts. But if you have something else in mind just let us know.
We also offer your smoked meat the way you want it, we offer your meat to be turned into our great bacon and hams that are cured in our smokehouse on site.Curing your meat takes some time normally around week & 1/2, but from there we have to cut it to the way you want it and then vacuum it for lasting flavor.Typically we normally do Hams and bacon but we have a lot of people that like their Hocks, chops and even spareribs.
Custom Sausage options on the cutting card are the most basic, if you see a sausage that is on the retail sheet that you like we can also make that for you with your hog.
*IF YOU ARE GETTING A WHOLE HOG YOU ARE ALLOWED UP TO 4 OPTIONS OF SAUSAGE, IF YOU ARE GETTING A 1/2 HOG YOU ARE ALLOWED UP TO 2 OPTIONS OF SAUSAGE.
